There are many reasons that people believe it is important to find time for continuing education! This is just a tidbitof my thoughts and reasons why! During the weekend I had the privilege to go to the USAG Region 8 Congress and I learned so many different things. There were many refreshers, new changes, cool equipment and all the fun things a gymnastics conference might have. Sitting in these lectures made me think about just how important it is for everyone in any kind of field to seek out continuing education and updated knowledge within your community. I am so fortunate that all 3 of my jobs constantly seeking personal development as well as informational coaching. As a gymnastics coach these seminars/lectures as well as meetings and the internet play a huge role in being up to date and the best coach you can be. This maximizes your time with the kids in all aspects. As a virtual assistant I have the best mentor ever for social media management and SEO. Sometimes she truly carry’s me on her back through the steps and what needs to be done, no BS. She is constantly encouraging me and building me up. Lastly I work with the most incredible team of up lines who support each other constantly. Whether it be on our team call with our leader every week or the constant connection through messenger and posts. There are always new tools for us to use to freely build our own network of men and women who seek the same goals as me all with fabulous hair!
